Separating Marbles
Assume you have a mixture of marbles like that pictured in photo 1.
Based on what you see here, how could you separate this mixture so that you end up with what you see in photo 2? Here’s challenge: You cannot separate them by hand.
Hint: The mixture contains two types of marbles as seen in photo 3. Are they the same or different? How so? How can this help you? What kind of tools or apparatus could you use for the separation?
